“This is a wonderful class, the best fun I have had in years! Tonight, I’m going home to pick the rest of the pie cherries from the little tree in our front yard and can. What a wonderful gift, each of my children got a beautiful jar of pie cherries from their own garden and they get to decide how to use them later this fall or winter. They are already coming up with all kinds of concoctions for the cherries! We might just have some budding canners in the clan."
Clair, Brighid, Tommy and Larry give Montana Home Comfort thumbs up!”
"Your class was a delight…..well thought out, well paced and the perfect combination of instruction and hands on learning…..and the dessert at the end of class was a yummy surprise! I look forward to taking another class with you.".... Susan
"I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the class on canning tomatoes. It was very informative and nice to have the hands on instruction. I know I am too late for the pickle canning, but the sample of pickles I tasted was the best I have ever had. Do you sell those? I haven't stopped thinking about them."

Being a first year gardener, I really have no idea what I am doing so this
information is invaluable"...Julie

I learned so much about making a great meal in the pressure cooker. And the biscuits were also a wonderful bonus. I am so glad you have a old wood burning cookstove and know how to use it . Some thing are priceless. I just wish more people would learn what you have to teach. I truly thank you , Connie Moore
